  • PARTY TIME

    Q. What do I wear to my office Christmas party?

    A. An office party is a great way to be warm and friendly with everyone, boss and co-workers alike. Keep it soft and elegant, not sexy! Remember, you do have to work with them the next day, so appropriate behaviour is important. Easy on the alcohol! Be yourself and have fun!

  • BE FESTIVE

    Q. What can I give my co-workers for Christmas that doesn't cost a lot of money?

    A. Gift giving at work is a personal thing. You could participate in the office pixie exchange or you may have some preferences. However, you do not have to spend a lot of money; remember, it's the thought that counts. So, think about your co-workers individually before you shop.

  • New Year's princess

    Q. Help! What do I wear to a New Year's Eve ball? A long dress or a cocktail-length dress? My partner is planning to wear a jacket, so I want to be sure we match.

    A. Well, it seems like your partner is setting the stage for your New Year's ball. If he plans to be formal by sporting a jacket, by all means this would be the perfect opportunity for you to wear a long, romantic (and sexy!), flowing dress. After all, how often do we women get the chance to be Cinderella for a night?
