Criminals in Parliament
THE EDITOR, Sir:

Anyone who breaks the law commits a crime and is, therefore, a criminal.

It appears that we have several persons in Parliament who are breaking the laws of Jamaica, as they are not qualified to be there.

Take a stance

While they continue to break the law, they are passing laws that affect the entire population. These members of the House on both sides are, therefore, no better than the common criminal. Both political parties should ask the guilty parties to resign from Parliament immediately.

Having criminals in Parliament is not a situation I am comfortable with.

I am, etc.,
