A case of 'Animal Farm' maybe?

A public nuisance is defined as " ... an unlawful act or omission which endangers the health, safety, or comfort of the public (or some section of it) or obstructs the exercise of a common right, for example selling contamintated food, or obstructing a highway."

THE EDITOR, Sir: THANK YOU for keeping the public discussion on the matter of termination of pregnancy going. Such an important matter deserves the widest possible public discourse.

Criminals in Parliament
THE EDITOR, Sir: Anyone who breaks the law commits a crime and is, therefore, a criminal.

It appears that we have several persons in Parliament who are breaking the laws of Jamaica, as they are not qualified to be there.

Jamaica's debt
THE EDITOR, Sir: Will Jamaica be able to pay its debt? This is a question on the minds of many Jamaicans. For any country to become almost debt-free, it would have to set specific goals. Jamaica is no exception.
