Jamaican Joneil Smith is out of the women's 100 metres preliminary of the World Junior Championships slated for this afternoon.
The Wolmer's schoolgirl, who had a hamstring injury did not attend the training camp in Jamaica and was pulled out of the event.
This means Jamaica will only have one competitor in the event - GC Foster College's Kedesha Dallas.
She will compete in Heat One out of lane six at 8:30 p.m Jamaican time.
Calabar High School's, Michael O'Hara and Bog Walk High's Jevaughn Minzie will both compete in the Men's 100 metres .
