Eighteen members of the stevedoring staff of the Shipping Association of Jamaica (SAJ) recently received level one certification in stevedoring operations from the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institute. Below, 11 stevedores accepted their certificates from vice-president of the SAJ, Kim Clarke. Absent were: Courtney Bogle, Garfield Brown, Newton Brown, Kenroy Daley, Hawthorne Ellis, Damian Jackson and Paul Myers.
