NOTE-WORTHY
Congratulations to our athletes

It's a great move by Prime Minister Bruce Golding to name Highway 2000 after the fastest man on earth, Usain Bolt, and give him the nation's fourth highest honour, the Order of Jamaica. All those athletes who performed in Berlin, Germany, made all Jamaicans proud and happy to know that we are on the world map.

I believe that other young men and women in society can come up and do the same thing for Jamaica so that we can be a crime-free country. The government can use Usain Bolt to help swell our gross domestic product by letting him advertise Jamaica and its attractions so that more visitors can come and see our beautiful island.

Usain Bolt, congratulations to you and all the other athletes, and may God bless and keep Jamaica and give us more victory.
