The Editor, Sir: I congratulate the prime minister on the Government's intention to name a highway after Usain Bolt. Clearly, it would be inappropriate to set a speed limit on it.
Unfortunate connotation
The Editor, Sir:Usain Bolt is deserving of all the honour bestowed on him but I wish the naming of Highway 2000 after him was not one of them.The name 'Bolt' both as a common and a proper noun connotes speed.
