Senior general manager in Group Human Resources Division at National Commercial Bank, Rickert Allen, has kind words for Sandra 'Sandy' Folkes, shortly before she accepted her award for 40 years of service to the bank. The function was held on Tuesday at Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel in St Andrew.
