NETBALL: Sunshine Girls back on the court come Monday
Jamaica's Sunshine Girls are set to resume their preparations for this year's World Netball Championships on Monday following a two-week layoff.
The Sunshine Girls defeated rivals England two-one in their last series earlier this month.
President of Netball Jamaica, Marva Bernard says her administration is awaiting confirmation of an upcoming series against Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados.
She says both teams are still contemplating whether to accept the invitation to play the Sunshine Girls ahead of this year's World Championships.
Bernard says her association has also extended an invitation to South Africa and Malawi but both have turned it down.
