CRICKET: Jamaica to feature in U-15 opener today
Host Jamaica will be in action today when the 2014 West Indies Cricket Board Regional Under-15 tournament opens with three matches in the Corporate Area.

Jamaica, who finished fifth last year, will start against Barbados at Up Park Camp.

In other first round matches, defending champions Trinidad & Tobago will play Windward Islands at the Kensington Cricket Club ground, while Guyana and Leeward Islands will face off at the Melbourne Club ground.

This year, the competition will be contested under a round-robin format, featuring five rounds of 50 overs-a-side matches with the team accumulating the most points being declared champions.

T&T captured the title for the seventh time last year, when it was also staged in Jamaica.
