Campbell... replaces Dunbar McFarlane as toll regulator
Transport Minister, Dr Omar Davies has announced the immediate appointment of Ryland Campbell as the new Toll Regulator.
He replaces Dunbar McFarlane who has resigned.
Under the Toll Roads Act of 2002, the Minister is empowered to appoint a Toll Regulator to whom any concessionaire shall apply before a toll can be levied.
The Toll Regulator carries out a review of submissions made by developers, taking into account the provisions of existing concession agreements when doing so.
Campbell is best known as the Chairman, Group President as well as co-founder of the Capital & Credit Financial Group Limited.
Additionally, he is a director of several private companies including pharmaceutical distributor, CARI-MED.
