Christmas Cocktails
Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum
It's that time of year again when entertaining is in. For the festive season, it's all about giving your guests something to remember. These cocktails are as easy as one, two, three, all in the spirit of the holidays!

Appleton Special Jamaica Rum "Vixen"

2oz Appleton Special

1/4oz Amaretto Liqueur

2 1/2oz sorrel

1/4oz simple syrup

A dash of lime

8 pimento berries

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sorrel sepal and two green maraschino cherries.

Appleton Estate V/X Jamaica Rum 'Very Xtraordinary'

2oz Appleton Estate V/X

2 1/2 oz orange juice

1/2 oz Blue Curaçao

1/4 oz lime juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry.

Absolut Vanilia - 'Absolut Candy Cane'

1.5oz Absolut Vanilia

1/2oz peppermint schnapps or 5 mint leaves

1 oz club soda

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass that has been rimmed with red or green-coloured sugar, and garnish with a mini candy cane.

Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum 'Sorrel Fiesta'

1oz Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum

1oz orange juice

2oz sorrel

1/4oz lime juice

1/2oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with a sorrel sepal.

Hennessy Shanghai

1 1/2 ounces (40ml) Hennessy

3 1/2 ounces (100ml) ginger ale

A dash of bitters

Orange peel twist

Pour all ingredients into a rock glass filled with ice. Add the orange peel twist. Stir for a few seconds and serve.
