Lady Allen all set for royal wedding
Having watched as the late Diana, Princess of Wales, wed heir to the British throne, Prince Charles; and the subsequent revelation to the world of their firstborn, Prince William's baby pictures, it was more than a delight for Lady Allen wife of Governor General Sir Patrick Allen to be invited to his wedding to Kate Middleton on Friday, April 29.

HEALTH & FITNESS - Latoya is ready for carnival
Having started my fitness regime with Nicholas Pitt at All About You Fitness Studio almost three months ago, I must definitely say my thoughts about the gym, as being daunting, have changed.

Men just love long hair
Ever hear a man say, "my woman mus' have hair pon har head"? It may sound 'dark', but truth is, long hair 'does it' for many men.

SINGULAR SUBJECTS - Untidy relationships
I stopped watching movies on Lifetime because most of them carried one theme: women getting killed or maimed because they were too stupid to deduce that their husbands/lovers were usually two-timing bastards who would eventually kill them for their money or move on to other prospects. The multiple murder last week of his "woman" by yet another cop, reminded me of why I stopped watching that channel.

KELLY'S WORLD - Go ahead ... let it out
You ever hear somebody say that they have to curse because it makes them feel better? I always thought that was ridiculous. Even though I'm guilty of it myself (even heard a few tried and true 'religious' folks utter the occasional s-word for manure), I believe you can always find a way to express yourself better.
