The Editor, Sir: The recent disclosure that, as one of the pre-conditions for an agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) the Government intends to hike bus fares by a whopping 40 per cent effective April 1 of this year, should be of grave concern to every well-thinking Jamaican.
