Ardenne High registered a surprising 39-run win over St George's College in Group D of the urban area Grace Shield 'A' League cricket competition at Ardenne Road yesterday.
Batting first, Ardenne made 134 with Akrom Smith getting 26 against left-arm spinner Russell Lee, 3-21, and Ricardo Verly, 3-16.

St George's, who were cruising at 79-2, lost their last eight wickets for 16 runs and were bowled out for 95.
Off-spinners Shevon Nelson, 6-36, and Phillip Woodworth, 4-13, took all the wickets. Shandly Blair top scored for St George's with 36.
Meanwhile, the Grace Shield Premier League will continue today with seven matches. Jonathan Grant will host Jamaica College, Waterford entertain Calabar, and Excelsior will travel to Norman Manley in Group 'A'; while in Group B, Spanish Town will welcome Wolmer's, St Jago journey to Bridgeport, St Catherine will be at home to Kingston College and Innswood will host Campion College. Matches start at 10 a.m.
