Peter Bunting, chairman of Proven Management Limited, says the firm will officially launch into business on March 1.

Proven will primarily hold tradeable securities for invest-ment purposes.

The company's planned private placement is now set for January 27 to accredited investors to raise up to US$20 million in capital.
