BEFORE THE EVENT

1. Arthur Wint Drive will be operated as one way from Tom Redcam Drive to the National Stadium.

2. The upper section of Arthur Wint Drive from Mountain View Avenue will be operated as one way to access the general car park located along Arthur Wint.

3. Roosevelt Avenue will be operated as a two-way:

4. From Stanton Terrace, Arthur Wint Drive will be used for VIPs to access Gate E1.

5. From Arthur Wint Drive to Stanton Terrace via Mountain View Avenue will be accessible to buses and other vehicles using the general car park.

ROAD CLOSURES/DIVERSION

Arthur Wint Drive: There will be no through way along Arthur Wint Drive from Roosevelt Avenue to Mountain View Avenue.

Arthur Wint Drive will be barricaded at the junction with Roosevelt Avenue and below Gate E4 just above the main entrance leading to the National Arena.

Mountain View Avenue/Arthur Wint Drive

There will be a police checkpoint at this location. Only vehicles transporting supporters will be allowed to turn from Mountain View Avenue on to Arthur Wint Drive. All other vehicles will continue straight along Mountain View Avenue.

Stanton Terrace/Roosevelt Avenue

There will also be a police checkpoint at this location. Only VIP's with stickers to access Gate E1 will be allowed beyond this point using Roosevelt Avenue. Buses transporting supporters and other vehicles will be diverted on to Stanton Terrace via Mountain View Avenue.

ENTRY POINTS

1. Special provision will be made for the prime minister to enter the Arena via the main entrance.

2. VIPs, members of parliament and members of the diplomatic corps will enter through Gate E1.

3. Other VIPs and media personnel will enter through Gate E10 using Nannyville.

4. The general public will use Mountain View Avenue to access Arthur Wint Drive to enter the general car park using Gates E4 - E8.

PARKING

1. Prime Minister - Statute Road.

2. VIPs - Insport parking lot.

3. VIPs - Statute Road in front swimming pool.

4. Media - Designated area adjacent to swimming pool

5. General - General car park.

NO PARKING

No parking will be allowed along the following roads:

1. Arthur Wint Drive

2. Roosevelt Avenue

3. Stanton Terrace

4. Mountain View Avenue between Nannyville - Old Hope Road

5. Latham Avenue

6. North Avenue.

EMERGENCY EXIT

Statute Road will be operated as the emergency exit and as such will be kept clear at all times except for the prime minister's vehicles. No parking will be allowed along this road.

AFTER THE EVENT

1. Arthur Wint drive will be operated as one way from the arena to Tom Redcam Drive.

2. Roosevelt Avenue will be operated as one way from the Arena to Stanton Terrace.

3. Latham Avenue will be operated as one way from Roosevelt Avenue to Old Hope Road.

Vehicles occupying the upper section of the car park will use the upper section of Arthur Wint Drive to exit.
