The residence of business couple Enid and Trevor Meikle was packed with over 350 of their family members and friends on Sunday, November 8. Occasion was the celebration of Enid's birthday and to say the vibe was just want the doctor ordered is an understatement.
Things got under way mid-afternoon, but many did not leave the fun till midnight. The party was planned by Sophia Robinson and several guests journeyed from as far as Kingston and Montego Bay. Music for the event was provided by Xanadu Music and Top Hill Chinese Food also assisted with catering.
In the cool Manchester setting, guests mingled, listened to the music and danced. Some of the more rowdy friends, like Lanville Henry and his crew, did some strange things with lamb sausage, while the other men packed in the nutrients from oysters and 'sea puss' punch. The seafood station catered by Little Ochie's 'Blackie' Christian had many going back for seconds.
Here are highlights of the party.
