PUEBLO, Colorado (AP):
The Pueblo City Council has approved a 90-day moratorium on licensing medical marijuana dispensaries while city officials determine how to regulate them.
Council members heard from the public on the measure before voting on it Monday night.
Other municipalities across Colorado have implemented freezes on having dispensaries while they decide on rules.
Last week, the town of Silverthorne decided to allow medical marijuana dispensaries to operate, as long as they're not near schools, residential neigh-bourhoods and public places.
