The Editor, Sir: I read with dismay that the Government wants to take over Hellshire Beach. What have they done with Fort Clarence that would make them feel they can improve Hellshire? One pays to go into Fort Clarence, but the cozy, natural feel that is Hellshire does not exist at Fort Clarence.
Where's the smoking ban?
The Editor, Sir: The Ministry of Health promised us earlier this year that it would be moving during the first quarter of the current fiscal year for the enactment of comprehensive legislation respecting a ban on smoking in public spaces.
