'He will be sadly missed'

Chairman Lloyd B. Ellis (retired), CD, JP, was appointed executive chairman of the Police Public Complaints Authority on May 2, 2002 and served in that capacity until his death on Saturday, October 10.

Ellis was passionatπe about the authority's objectives of ensuring the impartial investigation of complaints against members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

He will be sadly missed. The members of the authority and staff extend sincere condolences to his wife and family.

Ellis' funeral will be held tomorrow at Hope United Church in St Andrew at 10:30 a.m.
