Clarification from Devon Dick

Concerning last week's article, 'Let Dudus have his day in court', Justice Hugh Small wrote to me stating that "an extraditable offence is one that is a crime in both the requesting and the requested states". Therefore, there is no requirement that the person whose extradition is being sought must have committed a crime in both the requesting and the requested states as I had stated.
