READERS WRITE ...Flair is fab!

Flair's special 25th anniversary issue revealed a lot about the team behind the product. It resonated with readers who sent several emails - and, we all have lost count of the many telephone calls we have each received and the many words of acknowledgement. We thank you and appreciate your loyalty and promise to never take you for granted. Continue to enjoy your favourite women's magazine as we strive to serve you better.

Here are some of your comments:

The Gleaner girls are fabulous - you're FAB too, Daviot!

- Tishan Lee

Hi all! No way! Wow! Flair is 25! It seems like it was only two years ago that a similar celebration was happening for 21 years of coming of age.

Congrats everybody! You all looked so resplendent. The dresses are beautiful. And to you, Daviot, you have surely grown into a man a woman can take home to her parents.

I still read the magazine, though mainly online. I must say, keep writing those sex and relationship pieces. Big up to you, Latoya! I enjoyed 'The Other Woman' articles.

Keep up the good work, Flair team. Take care.

- former Flair and Gleaner writer Shelly-Ann Thompson

What a way unuh pretty up the paper today!! Good going and congrats!!!!

- Shernett Robinson, manager, Western Bureau

I love Keisha Shakespeare! She is the bomb, girl. Smooches, you are an excellent woman writer and human being - big ups!

- Maia Chung

Oh gosh, Latoya, you hit the nail on the head where Keisha is concerned. Keisha happens to be a good friend of mine and I also worked with her for five years. Her stories are the weirdest ever ... but when I journeyed with her to her home town in Milk River, which I tell her is "behind God", I got to understand why she has so many crazy stories.

Keisha is a diva. She sings well, she writes well, she is fun-loving and has an uncanny ability to get along with everybody. She is like water - shi inna everything!

Keep doing what you're doing, Keisha!

- Petrina Francis

Hey, Daviot and Barbara, I love you. I miss my Flair days, running down Jasmine Guy and doing polls on what men think are sexy. You guys are doing a great job!

- MC

Congratulations and continue the good work.

- Vencot Smith

Congrats, Barbara, to you and your team on 25 years of Flair. Wishing you many more years and continued success.

- Tanya Shirley, www.shewhosleepswithbones.com

Heartiest congratulations to you and your team in celebrating 25 years as an excellent publication. Nothing lasts for 25 years unless a lot of time and effort is placed into nurturing it.

I look forward to reading the Flair every Monday and I always find interesting articles to read and enjoy.

- Bobette Morgan.

Hi, Barbara,

Congratulations on your 25th anniversary with your wonderful team. Keep up the good work.

- Dennis Hickey

I thoroughly enjoyed the last publication of Flair. Great idea to feature the staff. It puts a face to each name and adds the 'human element'.

Keep up the good work!

- Denise Byfield-Dixon
