I've met a few people who keep their cool under pressure and she's one of the best. Never raises her voice even when the rest of us (okay, mostly me) 'a get ignorant'. Sacha never shirks work, doesn't grumble about the hours and doesn't leave a project until it's finished. As for the various projects, she gets through so many in a week, it amazes me. Wish I had her work ethic and time management skills. It always looks like she has time to go to plan B if it becomes necessary.

Sure-handed

Working with her is like a bowler, not wondering if his fielders will take the catches after he's found the edge of the bat - she's sure-handed! Apart from keeping on the pulse of new trends for stories, she's also a good coordinator. When it comes to those fashion spreads you like, much of the time, she's the brains. She also gives very good advice which, I will admit, I don't always follow. But she gives it anyway, hoping one day I'll finally calm down and listen to her.
