The showers that threatened did not rain on the celebration of holy matrimony between Eliud George Ramocan and Kimberly Garvey at University of the West Indies Chapel, Mona, St Andrew, last Sunday.

The bride, Kimberly Garvey, made a perfect picture in her simply fabulous David's Bridal gown. The groom was equally dashing in his tuxedo and the groomsmen's pink accents complemented the plum and pink worn by the bridesmaids and maid-of-honour.

The 210 guests included Prime Minister Bruce Golding and his wife, Lorna, as well as former prime minister, Edward Seaga, and his wife, Carla.

The reception was held in the gold room at Mona Visitors' Lodge. Pastor Kenroy Wedderburn and Reverend Michael Hammond officiated.
