WESTERN BUREAU:
Officials of First Global Financial Services (FGFS) and its subsidiary, First Global Bank, converged on Montego Bay on Thursday, October 30, to stage 'Cocktails by the Sea'.
First Global teamed up with its sister company, Allied Insurance Brokers, a 40-year-old subsidiary of the GraceKennedy Group of Companies, to jointly host the function for its customers in Montego Bay. It was a reception with which First Global and Allied wanted to show their appreciation to their customers for being loyal over the years.
Officials also seized the opportunity to introduce the newly appointed chief executive officer of First Global Holdings Limited, Courtney Campbell, to the Montego Bay community.
Lovely evening
"Wow! What a lovely evening it is," remarked Bryan Langford, a Montego Bay-based water sports operator. "We should have more evenings like this in Montego Bay," he continued.
It was evident that much planning and preparation went into making the reception a success.
"We have committed ourselves to work for you, our customers. We have set a vision of becoming the Caribbean's leading financial institution in delivering personalised services," Campbell told the audience.
President of FGFS, Robert Drummond, said his priority was to ensure customer satisfaction, which he and his team expect to achieve over time. "I really expect, and hope that you will call on me with any problems that you believe I can help you with. I am available," Drummond assured the gathering.
